Day Three

I wonder how long it's going to take me to finish this thing when I work on it everyday...

Fixed the query/form for Texas yesterday, so I will start in on them (because it's a small program!)
Have begun to pay attention as I revisit each website to notice whether the official name of the museum has the "THE" in it or not. Then, I write (checked) next to the ones I've checked so I know the difference. Is that being too perfectionist? Doesn any one really care about the "THE"? I guess it's better to be safe than sorry.
Elizabeth K. Montemayor at the San Antonio Museum of Art has answered 10,000 questions for me so I don't want to ask her to give me a sample. She's ideal because she only participates in the Texas program and no others. I guess I will have to get one from the Dallas Museum of Art.
I've emailed the Texas program manager twice, and no response :(
Just realized I only have 4 museums tagged for the Museums West program... is it one of the other programs and these four are just calling it by another name?
Just figured it out... it is a separate program, but I didn't enter most of them in my database because they aren't art museums. Ugh, maybe I do need to enter them after all...

Why do they say there 8 participating museums and then turn right around and say there are 12?
I was worried I wouldn't know which queries I did over or not, but then I realized I can tell by looking to see if the 'Reciprocal Program 5' field is there or not.
I've got two names for the University program on my access programs list: College and University Art Museums Reciprocal Prog (has zero) University Museum Reciprocal Program (has 24) I wonder how that happened...
